Responsibilities

  • Manage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Develop a high-performing organization that delivers and operates security services across Adobe, including:
  • Security Engineering Services (vulnerability, configuration, and security posture assessment tooling; security monitoring & response development services; build security software tools and solutions)
  • Security Data Services (logging collection & curation; Data Lake Platform / Databricks; AI/ML Data Services; Security Information and Event Management (SIEM))
  • Security Platform Services (Enterprise Detection & Response (EDR) Platform; Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) Platform)
  • Manage current day cloud security needs and partner with organizations like Security Architecture to define and refine cloud security strategy
  • Ensure the security of Adobe’s public and private cloud by understanding weaknesses, identifying and implementing mitigations
  • Ensure proper guardrails so that the cloud cannot be used in a way that violates Adobe’s security requirements
  • Partner within the security team and across Adobe to own specific security outcomes and drive overall security posture improvements
  • Maintain a customer-first and partnership mentality
  • Constantly evolve the service catalog to own security outcomes and drive down security risk
  • Optimize in-house capabilities and commercial solutions
  • Present the right information at the right time
