Responsibilities

Manage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence
Develop a high-performing organization that delivers and operates security services across Adobe, including:
Security Engineering Services (vulnerability, configuration, and security posture assessment tooling; security monitoring & response development services; build security software tools and solutions)
Security Data Services (logging collection & curation; Data Lake Platform / Databricks; AI/ML Data Services; Security Information and Event Management (SIEM))
Security Platform Services (Enterprise Detection & Response (EDR) Platform; Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) Platform)
Manage current day cloud security needs and partner with organizations like Security Architecture to define and refine cloud security strategy
Ensure the security of Adobe’s public and private cloud by understanding weaknesses, identifying and implementing mitigations
Ensure proper guardrails so that the cloud cannot be used in a way that violates Adobe’s security requirements
Partner within the security team and across Adobe to own specific security outcomes and drive overall security posture improvements
Maintain a customer-first and partnership mentality
Constantly evolve the service catalog to own security outcomes and drive down security risk
Optimize in-house capabilities and commercial solutions
Present the right information at the right time
