The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 10-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, and demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teams. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, Bill.com, or Adaptive Insights, and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
As the Sr. Director of FP&A, the candidate will lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization, develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning, partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations, analyze financial results and identify trends, prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors, oversee and enhance FP&A systems and processes, and partner with the controller for month-end close assurance to ensure financial reports are accurate.
