Requirements

Strong knowledge of data governance standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director – Data Digitization and Automation – Analytical Portfolio will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team focused on data digitization and automation efforts, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team’s initiatives. They will oversee the transformation of manual or legacy data sources into digitized formats, implement and scale systems for data capture, drive the automation of workflows and business processes, and stay up to date on the latest trends in data technology. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing metrics and KPIs, providing mentoring, and troubleshooting complex technical issues while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
