Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer
  • Experience creating mobile, tablet, and web experiences for mid and large-sized organizations
  • Portfolio of key projects delivered in past years, clearly outlining your role, deliverables, responsibilities, and successes achieved
  • Experience creating detailed wireframes, sitemaps, content, and site audits

Responsibilities

  • Design customer-focused solutions that meet measurable business objectives and continuously evolve these solutions
  • Translate business requirements, market research, user needs, and models of social behavior into conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and prototypes
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative user feedback and distill it into insights to create and optimize customer journeys
  • Bring inspiring ideas and motivation into an energetic and collaborative team and lead cross-functional design concept reviews from initial sketches and wireframes and prototypes through final design
