Sr. Design Services Engineer - OneMeeting (By Granicus)

Position Overview

OneMeeting (By Granicus) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sr. Design Services Engineer to join our Design Services team within the OneTeam Implementation group. This role is responsible for providing crucial technical services to both the Customer Support and Implementation Teams. The successful candidate will deliver technical solutions for front-end web design, web and forms, template design, reports, internal tools, and business workflow configurations. A keen attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential for ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to client teams on numerous projects and to existing customers.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
  • Create and maintain customer HTML forms, customer workflows, customer displays, manage customer configurations, and maintain Word document templates.
  • Generate reports using SQL with SSRS report builder.
  • Build scripts using C# for workflows.
  • Maintain the implementation tool using React.
  • Conduct cross-browser and multi-device testing, along with performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of varying seniority and experience levels to support programs and client needs, understand requirements, and provide estimates.
  • Determine optimal methods for task execution, complete projects, and recommend future process enhancements for front-end development and optimization.
  • Perform standard reporting for management.
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of client projects using tools like Confluence, Azure, and others.
  • Provide timely, helpful, and thorough responses and resolutions to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist customers with complex configurations.
  • Troubleshoot complex forms, workflows, scripts, and reports.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in UAT/beta testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant field.
