Requirements

Candidates should have typically 5+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role. Proficiency in production-grade Python or R, high-quality SQL, and experience designing robust experiments and scalable ML models are required. Familiarity with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AutoML, and orchestration frameworks is also necessary. Responsibilities

Senior Data Scientists will design and deliver data products and insights to accelerate decision-making and power intelligent features for the Enterprise and Ecosystem domains. Responsibilities include designing lead scoring models, partner intelligence systems, tracking integration performance, and delivering customer-facing usage analytics. They will collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Sales, Marketing, Success, and Finance, and partner with Data Warehouse Engineers to create scalable pipelines and analytical frameworks. The role involves building systems that turn insight into action, shaping how users are understood, operations are optimized, and go-to-market strategies are scaled. Additionally, they will guide scaling efforts, enrich the app ecosystem, inform financial and GTM strategies, and help teams define and own KPIs, build self-serve dashboards, and use data for faster decision-making.
