Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting—ideally in SaaS, industrial technology, or related environments
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and data visualization tools (Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience analyzing and reporting on both operational and financial metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses and translate data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across business, finance, and technology teams
  • Proven track record of automating and improving analytics and reporting processes
  • (Preferred) Understanding customer lifecycle and retention metrics such as NRR, churn, adoption, and NPS
  • (Preferred) Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to communicate data insights to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and automation of dashboards and reporting tools to track customer health, retention, adoption, satisfaction, and operational performance
  • Own and manage periodic reporting of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing clear, actionable insights to management on business performance and strategic direction
  • Analyze and interpret complex operational data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or optimization
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of financial and operational strategies and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Develop advanced analytical models and forecasts to predict churn, expansion, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Collaborate with IT/IS and data engineering teams to enhance data management systems, optimize infrastructure, and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility
  • Champion best practices for data governance, reporting automation, and visualization standards
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Customers For Life, Finance, and GTM teams to align data insights with organizational objectives
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clarity, precision, and business impact
