Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-5 years of experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting services, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated to Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises, along with experience in customer-facing project management and implementing information security programs in areas such as endpoint, cloud, network, threat intelligence, or security operations centers. Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, balance priorities, and possess technical and creative problem-solving skills with analytical expertise is required.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Consultant, the individual will lead and execute Red Team Blue Team (Purple Team) engagements, coordinating between CrowdStrike Red Team and customer security teams, assessing customer's existing controls and detection capabilities, guiding customer teams in developing custom detection rules and threat hunting methodologies, analyzing gaps in security posture, providing real-time coaching, documenting findings, creating reports, managing projects, conducting post-engagement reviews, collaborating with internal teams, sharing expertise, staying current with threats, providing strategic guidance, and supporting the development of custom scenarios.
