Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in advanced materials (thermoset composites and infusion processing)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) and Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP systems and ISO/AS quality environments
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present technical information clearly
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or refugee/asylee status due to export control laws

Responsibilities

Implement new manufacturing capabilities and advanced materials to stimulate business expansion
Formulate and oversee arguments, timelines, and budgets for new technology and process implementations
Take charge of process launches by collaborating with teams across Re:Build’s manufacturing sites
Develop training materials, procedures, and guidelines for new manufacturing processes
Assist in technical and product optimization efforts across multiple sites
Cultivate proven relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
Offer technical knowledge and support in solving problems for internal teams and external clients
