Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in advanced materials (thermoset composites and infusion processing)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems and ISO/AS quality environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present technical information clearly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or refugee/asylee status due to export control laws

Responsibilities

  • Implement new manufacturing capabilities and advanced materials to stimulate business expansion
  • Formulate and oversee arguments, timelines, and budgets for new technology and process implementations
  • Take charge of process launches by collaborating with teams across Re:Build’s manufacturing sites
  • Develop training materials, procedures, and guidelines for new manufacturing processes
  • Assist in technical and product optimization efforts across multiple sites
  • Cultivate proven relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
  • Offer technical knowledge and support in solving problems for internal teams and external clients
