Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale communication programs that support major initiatives, leadership storytelling, and executive visibility
  • Develop and deliver integrated internal communications strategies that align to business priorities and strengthen the First American brand for our teams
  • Oversee proactive and reactive communications for critical issues, including crisis planning, response, and recovery
  • Develop key materials such as press releases, statements, talking points, executive messaging, FAQs, and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate with internal communications, leadership, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all audiences
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement
