Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a large-scale production environment
  • Experience building VPCs, route tables, and security groups
  • Experience connecting VPCs to on-premise infrastructure
  • Experience managing compute resources, with shared and dedicated tenancy
  • Experience troubleshooting instance provisioning failures or network connectivity issues
  • Experience sizing instance types based on workload requirements
  • Experience with capacity planning and cost optimization in cloud environments
  • Experience with building Infrastructure as Code and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible
  • Understanding of CI/CD patterns and processes
  • Ability to document processes/procedures
  • Experience utilizing source-code repositories utilizing git (e.g. Bitbucket, Gitlab, etc.)
  • Ability to understand scripts and programs for automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, alarms (common uses: Python, Go)
  • Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps toolchains
  • Implement comprehensive evaluation strategies for SLMs focused around MLOps
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services
  • Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization
