Requirements

Ability to work under general direction while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, ICH-GCP, applicable legislation, and Company Standard Operating Procedures
Experience or capability to serve as primary contact for clinical trial sites (e.g., site management)
Knowledge of clinical trial processes including feasibility, site selection, set up, conduct, and closure
Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and regulatory requirements (e.g., study protocol, informed consents, CRF, monitoring plan, study manual, investigator brochure, annual reports, clinicaltrials.gov registration)
Ability to manage investigational products, trial materials, investigator agreements, and trial payments
Strong collaboration skills with site personnel, IRBs/ECs, contractors/vendors, and company personnel
Preferred location in Irvine, California, but open to remote candidates within the United States

Responsibilities

Support execution of company-sponsored clinical trials within the Clinical R&D Department for Biosense Webster, ensuring compliance with timelines and study milestones
Provide oversight/execution of feasibility, selection, set up, conduct, and closure of clinical trials within allocated countries
Serve as primary contact for clinical trial sites (e.g., site management)
Contribute to development of clinical trial documents (e.g., study protocol, informed consents, CRF, monitoring plan, study manual, investigator brochure, annual reports); ensure registration on www.clinicaltrials.gov from initiation through results posting and support publications as needed
Manage/oversight ordering, tracking, and accountability of investigational products and trial materials
Collaborate with site personnel, IRBs/ECs, contractors/vendors, and company personnel
Supervise development and execution of investigator agreements and trial payments
