Candidates must possess a university degree in a life sciences field and have a minimum of 1 year of independent, on-site monitoring experience within a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organization. A demonstrated understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements, along with medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology, is essential. Fluency in both English and Dutch languages is also a requirement.
The Clinical Research Associate will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, ensuring exemplary customer service on multiple, challenging projects. This role involves independent monitoring activities and effective interaction with study sites to ensure patients receive needed care and are properly treated in clinical trials.
