About Zapier

We're humans who simply think computers should do more work. At Zapier, we’re not just making software—we’re building a platform to help millions of businesses globally scale with automation and AI. Our mission is to make automation work for everyone by delivering products that delight our customers. You’ll collaborate with brilliant people, use the latest tools, and leverage the flexibility of remote work. Your work will directly fuel our customers’ success, and as they grow, so will you.

We're looking for an Interactive Designer to join the Brand Studio team at Zapier. The Brand Studio team is responsible for ensuring that Zapier delivers high-quality brand experiences through our customer’s journey.

We recently rolled out a refreshed brand system that better positions Zapier for Enterprise audiences and doubles down on what makes our brand unique. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to help us evolve our new brand system and make zapier.com an engaging, best-in-class marketing site.

The Senior Brand Designer, Interactive will be part of the team responsible for the design of our marketing website experience. This includes everything from our core marketing pages to bespoke brand advertising experiences. This role requires strong visual communication, a love of designing for web, experience building in no-code web tools, and a systems mindset to build scaleable systems across the entire company.

If you're eager to lead high-impact projects at a fast-growing, profitable, and remote-first company, read on!

About You

You're a well-rounded brand designer with strong visual craft and cross-functional range. While web is your core focus, you're comfortable flexing into campaign, ad, or general brand work when needed—adapting your skills across formats while keeping the brand sharp and cohesive.

You have:

  • Strong interactive sensibility: You understand how to design for the web in ways that are intuitive, accessible, performant, and engaging. You keep up with best practices and love making things that feel modern and alive.
  • Thrive in scrappy environments: You're proactive, resourceful, and energized by ownership. You don’t wait for perfect processes or direction—you take initiative, shape the work, and help others do the same.
  • Excitement for pushing a new brand system forward: We've recently completed a brand refresh better positioning us for our Enterprise audience, and this role is central to evolving and expressing that system across our marketing site and other touchpoints.
  • Metrics- and insight-driven approach: You care about what performs, not just what looks good. You use customer research, analytics, and A/B testing to inform your design decisions and improve conversion across key web surfaces.
  • Development fluency: Whether you're building in Framer or collaborating closely with engineers, you understand what's feasible and how to design for implementation. You care about final polish and know how to get it right.
  • Hands-on experience with modern website builders like Framer, Builder.io, Webflow, or comparable tools—and know how to design efficiently within their constraints.
  • Confidence experimenting with AI and automation tools to accelerate production and scale your design output. You have a point of view on which tools work well, and a track record of integrating them into your workflow effectively.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage your own time: You know how to take a broad brief, set direction, and drive it forward. You're self-directed but collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills: You clearly explain your thinking, ask good questions, and seek input early and often. You know how to align cross-functional teams.
