Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and systems. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.) are required, as well as an in-depth understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate with product and data science teams to identify opportunities, lead the development and deployment of machine learning solutions, and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of machine learning models. They will also develop and maintain a robust machine learning platform, stay up-to-date with machine learning research, mentor junior team members, and partner cross-functionally across various teams to drive customer value and improve product offerings.
