Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in full stack development with a focus on Java and Perl. Strong hands-on experience in Java and Perl development is required, along with proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Node.js, and experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with database technologies including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, and scripting languages like Unix Shell Scripting and PL/SQL is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Sr Associate Software Engineering will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and review software requirements and user stories, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications, and develop backend services primarily using Java and Perl. They will build and enhance frontend components, create and execute automated test plans, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, participate in Agile ceremonies, optimize application performance, monitor production environments, and support incident resolution. Additionally, the role involves keeping abreast of emerging technologies, ensuring adherence to security policies, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
