Exceptional understanding and subject matter expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM), SOD (Separation of Duties), and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
Proven experience with RBAC, access provisioning & deprovisioning, and access attestation processes
Detailed understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) specific to RBAC
Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of direct experience with IAM lifecycle management, RBAC (Role Discovery, Role Configuration), SOD (Segregation of Duties), and Toxic Combination Configuration in Financial Systems

Efficiently manage user identities and access across the enterprise
Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of RBAC systems
Design, analyze, and improve RBAC processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient access management and security controls
