Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience. Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies is required, as well as the ability to code and debug complex software components. Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst II Software Engineering will collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components. They will work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews, and contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development. The role involves participating in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications, debugging and resolving complex production issues, and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices. Additionally, they will assist in mentoring junior team members, taking ownership of challenging technical tasks, and collaborating on architectural decisions.
