Responsibilities

Ownership in advancing multiple research projects to advance injection physiology understanding while collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and champion scientific or technical breakthrough approaches to address complex problems
Planning and implementing experiments to support product development across novel drug delivery platforms and technologies
Understand delivery and device strategy; identify opportunities and obtain support for organizational strategy or scientific direction linked to business strategy
Identify scientific challenges, drive assessment of options, and proactively implement value-added solutions
Generate new ideas and evaluate novel drug delivery methodologies, including local delivery, controlled release, and sustained release systems
Identify and evaluate potential areas for improvement of the patient experience within therapeutic areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate drug delivery systems into drug development programs
Engage with the external scientific community to enhance internal research efforts and identify collaboration opportunities
Effectively represent area of expertise on multi-disciplinary teams in both internal and external venues
