Requirements

Candidates should possess a Fellowship designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) or Associate designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) with substantial experience in commercial lines or agricultural pricing, demonstrating a proven ability to be a change agent and lead transformation efforts, along with strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Actuary, Agribusiness Pricing will lead the Commercial Agribusiness Pricing portfolio, managing a team of actuaries, serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive modernization efforts by introducing structure and analytics, present regularly to senior executives, provide insights and recommendations, conduct complex analyses adhering to actuarial standards, identify new ways to utilize data, and provide a strategic vision for the team while delivering business recommendations crucial to Nationwide’s success.
