Knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Payment (P2P) processes
Familiarity with different ERPs and systems
Ability to perform basic analysis in accounting, finance, procurement, and customer service
Specialized training in operational activities and routine systems/processes (no advanced independent judgment/decision-making required)

Responsibilities

Process and troubleshoot invoices accurately and efficiently throughout the month using different ERPs and systems
Pro-actively chase outstanding actions to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
Research and resolve supplier disputes and issues, including root cause analysis and proactive steps to mitigate future issues
Provide customer service by answering and resolving questions/problems, directing cases appropriately, educating customers on policies/procedures, preparing/providing data, and retrieving/requesting additional documentation
Adhere to contractual payment terms to ensure smooth business operations and improved cash flow
Process documents in accordance with policies/procedures; maintain data tracking logs for metrics, production, and compliance reporting; validate accuracy of supporting documentation; allocate income/expenses; enter journal entries; compare data sources; identify items to call out; verify customer/supplier information
Contribute to quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy/compliance, adhering to legal/regulatory requirements, notifying management of quality issues/trends/system problems, sharing process improvement suggestions, and performing quality controls on processed documents
Complete assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, internal clients, and others
Stay aligned with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards by implementing action plans and using open-door policy
Maintain involvement and communication through telephone and email
