Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology or a relevant Life Sciences subject area, with a PhD or equivalent experience preferred. They must have over three years of sales experience in Direct and Indirect Markets, along with proven experience in Channel Management and knowledge of clinical sequencing, next-generation sequencing, life sciences, and Reproductive Health testing. Strong proficiency in English is required, with a preference for knowledge of Russian, and a willingness to travel frequently (75% of the time), including possible weekend congress participation.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Account Manager Reproductive Health will lead growth of the Clinical Sequencing Division in the Middle East, Turkey, Southeast Europe, Israel, CIS, and North Africa, collaborating with customers to improve technology utilization and promote advances in protocols, kits, and capabilities. They will drive reagent efficiency and attachment rates, develop and manage business plans to exceed goals, position solutions against competitors, increase RH consumable utilization by targeting non-users and converting their business, and manage the sales process accurately, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates. Furthermore, they will monitor and understand the run rate business specific to their territory, participate in weekly product trainings and business updates, and collaborate closely with Sales Counterparts to drive incremental business.
