Extensive experience with environmental spoil and contaminated soil
Diploma in Occupational health and safety or equivalent
Strong stakeholder management and an effective negotiator

Responsibilities

Manage all site plant operations
Develop plant management and procurement and logistics plans for the project
Manage logistics of spoil and contamination across the project
Working with the internal Plant team ensure plant maintenance – preventative and breakdown is carried out in a timely manner which ensures the integrity of the machine is maintained and availability is maximised
Ensure safety & plant compliance is met across the board in the project
Implement and maintain procedures to achieve game breaking performance in safety, quality and environment
Negotiate deals with cartage contractors, as well as directly with end users
