Responsibilities

As a Clinical SUD Navigator, you will conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with individuals interested in or referred for substance use disorder treatment, triage and recommendations, engage with clients using advanced clinical techniques to assess their needs, provide comprehensive information about treatment options, and make informed recommendations for care, independently coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care, and apply advanced psycho-education, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practices to support clients in setting and achieving their goals for reducing substance use.
