Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and have at least 15 years of experience in project management or equipment delivery. A strong understanding of the LNG industry and related equipment is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Service Engineer will define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of OFE management, develop and implement comprehensive processes and strategies for the management of technical solutions, coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify and define technical issues and work with equipment suppliers to effectively resolve and implement solutions, oversee Root Cause Analysis and implement Preventative and Corrective Actions, proactively identify and assess potential risks associated with equipment operation and maintenance, develop and implement risk mitigation plans, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate effective communication among team members, track the performance of OFE delivery and management processes using data analytics, and prepare regular reports on OFE performance and status for senior leadership.
