Requirements

  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish
  • 2–5 years of experience in Facility-related roles in a retail environment
  • Ability to create and improve complex processes and identify risks and opportunities
  • Comfortable managing external suppliers and ensuring contractual follow-up
  • Experience handling multiple stakeholders, projects, and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand different business counterparties
  • Ability to prepare and present budgets, investment cases, and cost/quality reports

Responsibilities

  • Secure Facility service delivery and operational excellence according to requirements and planned activities
  • Ensure quality through contractual compliance monitoring and active follow-up
  • Create and maintain Facility plans focused on scheduled, proactive, and urgent reactive maintenance
  • Provide operational input for new stores and remodels to support long-term OPEX and CAPEX balance
  • Communicate initiatives and updates impacting Facility services to stores
  • Align Facility activities with overall store plans to optimize investments and running costs
  • Monitor quality and cost performance across stores and identify improvements
  • Source, negotiate, and manage external Facility suppliers in partnership with Sourcing
