Requirements

  • SME knowledge of transportation-related requirements including Hazardous materials, DOT and IATA regulations, Foreign Trade Zone, and US Customs guidelines
  • Current SME knowledge of the CAR-T Supply Chain and temperature controls for specialty shipping (CRT, 2-8°C, -20°C, liquid nitrogen)
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, Hybrid Onsite Day Shift, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily scheduling and coordination of shipments and domestic transfers, including tracking, delivery confirmations, inter-site transportation, carrier selection, bill of lading (BOL), and cryopreserved materials inbound/outbound activities
  • Provide SME knowledge to internal stakeholders on transportation-related requirements
  • Manage and maintain files of inbound and outbound documentation in audit-ready state and coordinate responses to audits or information requests
  • Generate and maintain LN2 metrics to monitor capacity and present enabling strategy activities to management
  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor completion of LN2 capacity enabling activities per SOPs and work instructions
  • Revise SOPs, WPs, and other documentation to keep Material Logistics and Transportation processes audit-ready and compliant with policies and regulations
  • Develop and optimize Material Logistics and Transportation processes
  • Support transportation needs in alignment with global and site policies and procedures
  • Develop and monitor carrier network to ensure low shipment failures and high performance visibility
