Requirements
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa (or other Treasury system)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes
- Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership; deadline driven; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals in alignment with company policies
- Manage invoice workflows and perform 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts
- Process payment runs (ACH and Wire Transfers) in Coupa twice a week
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Partner with Procurement to facilitate vendor onboarding, including conducting vendor verification calls
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations
- Identify and support opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Special projects as assigned
