Responsibilities

  • Review and approve raw material documentation packages, including CoAs, supplier documents, and internal test results. Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation before release in systems such as SAP or LIMS
  • Operate in full alignment with GMP guidelines and internal SOPs. Identify and escalate any discrepancies, deviations, or missing information
  • Apply a critical and structured approach to documentation review. Ensure traceability, consistency, and regulatory compliance across all records
  • Work closely with QA, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow. Support investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives related to raw materials
