  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Business/Finance or Law-related program
  • High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries
  • Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; proven ability to drive changes
  • Fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
  • Able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

Responsibilities

  • Drive and be accountable for operational excellence of assigned products/commodities
  • Provide coordination and leadership in procurement activities for assigned commodities, engaging the business leadership team to develop sourcing programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity
  • Responsible for all aspects related to vendors’ management and execution, from Supplier onboarding and update, Terms negotiations, scope of work transaction accuracy along with the PO-to-receipt-invoice cycle
  • Drive proactive involvement in all functional activities related to sourcing to ensure that sourcing has upfront involvement in all new inquiries and delivers solutions related to the assigned products
  • Drive key sourcing initiatives through continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements
  • Own relevant KPIs with special focus on achieving lowest possible cost at PO placement and Cash control, Quarterly Saving plan, Terms negotiations including payment terms and rebates
