Requirements
- Experience negotiating and drafting contracts across a broad range of contract types, suppliers, and products/services
- Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts and ability to identify potential commercial and legal risks/issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Contract management or paralegal experience in high transaction volume environments
- Bachelor's degree or 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of low to medium risk contracts including but not limited to business services, clinical services, professional services, marketing, SaaS and licensing
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, legal, compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of agreements are fully understood and appropriately resolved
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time
