Requirements

2–4 years of sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
Proven success building pipelines for G&A roles (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics)
Fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or equivalent sourcing platforms
Experience using AI-based sourcing or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GEM)
Strong communication, Boolean logic, and market intelligence skills
Data-driven mindset with curiosity to test, measure, and improve processes
Familiarity with Greenhouse, Ashby or similar ATS preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand ideal profiles across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Data Analytics for critical and niche roles
Build and execute sourcing strategies blending creativity and technology, using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT-assisted searches, GEM, and LinkedIn Recruiter AI
Conduct research and market mapping to uncover untapped talent pools and new opportunities
Engage passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach
Maintain organized, accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS)
Experiment, analyze, and iterate on sourcing automation pilots and pipeline analytics
