Entry Level & New Grad, Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer and experience using Greenhouse. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly business email writing knowledge, and good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously are required. Advanced sourcing training, such as Boolean Search, LinkedIn, or AIRS certification, is a plus, and a college degree is preferred.
The Sales Recruiting Sourcer will build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across different departments. They will use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates, review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to identify position requirements and source suitable candidates. Responsibilities also include creating recruiting messaging, following up with candidates, logging candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System, and measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics.
