As a Sales Recruiting Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. At Motive you're expected, empowered, and supported to be your best and to grow professionally. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. This person will partner with our US-based Sales Recruiters and will be responsible for pipeline generation to support US Sales hiring.
