Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role, including experience migrating data platforms. A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Strong skills in databases, data warehouses, and data processing, along with extensive hands-on expertise in SQL and SQL analytics, are also necessary.
As a Solutions Architect at Snowflake, the individual will guide customers through the migration process to Snowflake, develop methodologies to improve migration, deploy Snowflake following best practices ensuring knowledge transfer, and work hands-on with customers to demonstrate implementation best practices. They will maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies, work with System Integrator consultants, provide guidance on resolving technical challenges, support the Professional Services team’s expertise, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake’s products and marketing strategies.
