Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles with support from the solution manager
  • Work with Solution Managers and other Solution Analysts to understand and support WellSky’s product strategy and roadmap for Specialty Care solutions
  • Work with internal stakeholders and WellSky clients to analyze and document client business problems and opportunities related to Specialty Care initiatives
  • Act as the Product Owner within the development team creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria definitions to support the development of WellSky solutions
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence including transforming data into insights and reporting to improve the value of the solution
  • Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes
  • Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features and functionality to internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines
  • Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
