Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years delivery experience with HP OM, HP SiteScope, BPPM, or Splunk monitoring tools
Minimum 3 years experience delivering ITSM applications like Service-now, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager
Background in System Integration, Project Implementation, or Product Pre-sales
Strong background in ITIL methodologies (Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management)
15 years full-time education (University degree required, preferably MBA from leading institutes)
Must-have skill: Solution Architecture
Expert-level knowledge of Service-Now ITSM Suite, Service-Now Asset Management, Service-Now Change Management, and CMDB
Knowledge of BMC Remedy, Service-Now, HP OM stack, BPPM, Splunk, and related tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at executive level
Extensive client/customer service management skills
Good people management skills

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform
Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions underpinning client value proposition and business case
Manage large and complex bid Solutioning including RFP response from Services/Implementation perspective (not product sales)
Understand complexities in integrating modules, functionalities, customer requirements compliance, etc
Identify key customer requirements, seek RFP clarifications, understand compliance and SLA requirements
Envisage high-level solution and work with Subject Matter Experts to determine implementation efforts
Generate High Level Design, High Level BoQ, and other technical documents for Solutioning
Document architecture for BMC Remedy, Service-Now, HP OM stack, BPPM, Splunk, and other tools
