Responsibilities

Design and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, creating high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints that align with business strategy
Provide expert guidance and leadership on best practices, lead technical discussions, and ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security
Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions
Mentor junior team members and provide technical governance, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and policies
Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, maintenance guides, and current state documentation
