Requirements

Previous production experience with quality orientation preferred
High School Education, GED, or formal education/training preferred
Good analytical skills to determine the number of carts required for orders
1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry
Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items from the machine for long periods
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 100 pounds
Demonstrated customer service and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform tasks in any of the production function areas in accordance with Novo Health Services Standard Operating Procedures
Soiled linen separation, hand folding, ironing, operating washing and drying equipment, and load building
Adhere to all quality standards associated with the different tasks
Understand, observe, and adhere to all Novo Health Services safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures associated with the different tasks
Assist in any other areas as directed by team leader or management
Perform other duties as required
