Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in Deep Learning, Generative AI, Diffusion Models
  • 8+ overall years work experience with 3+ years leading teams
  • Strong understanding of ML frameworks and AI technologies with experience applying them in production environments
  • Experience defining platform strategies across business units with demonstrated research-to-product transfers and measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across research, product, and executive teams
  • Able to transform and lead teams through changes in technology focus and/or adoption of genAI/LLMs into day-to-day production

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a team passionate about neural graphics. Able to manage a diverse team across different geographies and able to participate in meetings across global timezones
  • Recruit outstanding talent in neural rendering, machine learning, and differentiable programming
  • Develop a technology roadmap for neural graphics throughout NVIDIA's platform ecosystem, focus on integrating Slang as the preferred neural language
  • Lead system-level integration of neural graphics technologies across multiple platforms and architectures
  • Bridge research and product teams to translate neural graphics innovations into shipping products and platforms. Be able to work with multiple teams across the globe to achieve common goals
  • Drive partnerships with research groups and industry to advance neural graphics capabilities and ecosystem adoption
  • Establishing rapid research-to-production processes by using Slang as the foundational platform
