Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of React and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with building Single-Page Applications and writing unit tests
  • Experience using Python to create REST APIs for web services
  • Solid understanding of Git / GitHub and branch-based workflows
  • Passion for designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, with the ability to build a deep understanding of user requirements and perform quick iterations (e.g. via mocks)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Experience deploying to the cloud, Docker, and continuous integration tools (e.g. CircleCI)

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced software engineers to build tools and services for the AI-based drug discovery platform
  • Build internal web applications and software solutions to make data and AI easily discoverable, accessible, interpretable, and maximally effective for the R&D organization
  • Focus on front-end development using TypeScript and React (including Redux Toolkit and MaterialUI)
  • Involve in all layers of the application, including Python back-end and GCP cloud provider
