Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tosca
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end testing methodologies, as well as API testing
Experience with SAP testing
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing test strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with intelligent automation or AI in test automation is highly desirable
Familiarity with other automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Tosca
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Mentor and lead junior testers, providing guidance on best practices and automation techniques
Evaluate and recommend additional automation tools (e.g., Tosca) to improve testing efficiency
Identify and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle, offering effective solutions
Continuously assess testing processes and tools, driving innovations to optimize performance
Experience in intelligent automation and AI tools to enhance test automation processes preferred
