Candidates should possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ECMAScript features, proficiency in TypeScript for enhanced code quality and maintainability, experience with Next.js, React, and Redux for building dynamic user interfaces, proficiency in Tailwind CSS to create responsive and aesthetically pleasing designs, a solid understanding of HTML and CSS for effective web development, familiarity with UI/UX design tools, experience with front-end testing tools and methodologies, a basic understanding of Node.js and experience writing server-side code for API layers, knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, excellent problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
The Web Front-End Developer will develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js, Typescript and React, implement state management solutions using Redux, collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional front-end code, stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities, integrate data from various back-end services and databases, gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs, stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities, and cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
