Requirements

Candidates must possess native-level proficiency in spoken Bengali and professional-level fluency in English. Excellent coding skills in C++ and at least one scripting language are required, along with experience designing unit and integration tests and maintaining rigorous standards for code quality. Experience designing efficient architectures, algorithms, and interfaces is preferred, as is comfort working in a Linux environment. A Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 2+ years of experience are also required.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will leverage coding skills and knowledge of the Bengali language to develop Conversational AI products. Responsibilities include implementing and scaling the core codebase, solving algorithmic and design challenges, writing code that interacts with third-party APIs, and collaborating closely with other engineers on similar features for various languages. The role involves learning and applying advanced technologies in NLP, NLU, NLG, speech, and search.
