The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $194,000 - $294,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location, with compensation outside of San Francisco potentially adjusted.

The role requires you to be located in the SF Bay Area. It includes a WFH budget to outfit your space as needed.

You need at least 4+ years managing technical teams or 6+ as team technical lead in rapidly growing companies, plus applied experience building and maintaining scaled abuse detection and restriction systems. Strong communication skills, comfort with uncertainty, and excitement for nurturing engineers are also key.
