Requirements

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will maintain and augment the automation and services responsible for operating Planet's satellites. This includes specifying and implementing new HTTP APIs, evaluating and selecting appropriate software technologies, and designing and deploying critical infrastructure. The role involves contributing to a team that values open communication and collaboration, working closely with various teams like Satellite and Ground Operations, Pipeline, and Product to ensure the satellite constellation meets mission needs.
