Requirements
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in engineering, including at least 4 years in infrastructure. A strong commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is essential, as well as a proven track record in building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems. Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change, along with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge, is also required. Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Python, FastAPI, Cosmos DB, Postgres, and Terraform is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Software Engineer, Infrastructure will design and build development and production platforms that ensure reliability and security at scale. They will accelerate engineering productivity by providing excellent tooling and systems, and partner with product engineers to bring new features and research capabilities to the world. Additionally, they will guide product engineering teams on best practices for observable and scalable systems, contribute to creating an inclusive culture, and participate in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents.
