As a Software Engineer III – Full Stack Customer Care Technology, you will assume responsibility for complex development initiatives aimed at modernizing and transforming our customer care platform. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native solutions across both front-end and back-end systems, while also mentoring team members and championing best practices.
