Requirements

  • Experienced engineering leader capable of designing and improving Digital Acquisition experience and building scalable platforms on mobile devices
  • Proficiency in mobile development for multiple operating systems (e.g., iPhone, Android)
  • Skills in writing and developing code (e.g., Java/Kotlin) applicable to multiple types of mobile devices
  • Ability to develop user interface solutions
  • Experience conducting testing to ensure solutions are functional
  • Capability to perform root cause analysis across multiple mobile devices

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by reviewing and analyzing information (e.g., issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); engage support teams for resolution; perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
  • Develop innovative mobile technology solutions and strategies to support business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional partners, assessing opportunities, benchmarking industry practices, forecasting technologies, driving initiatives, influencing decision-makers, and defining software development guidelines, standards, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements; translate into mobile solutions for multiple OS; gather information (e.g., design documents, requirements, wireframes); write and develop code; develop UI solutions; conduct testing; communicate status and roadblocks; solve issues; enhance designs to prevent defects; ensure on-time delivery; guide project managers on implementation
  • Remove barriers and obstacles impacting performance; provide resources; identify performance standards; measure progress and adjust; develop contingency plans; demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity by training others, ensuring compliance, and utilizing the Open-Door Policy
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions
