Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of working experience in iOS product development, including experience in building scalable and maintainable app architectures. A strong command of Swift with an understanding of its features and best practices is essential, along with knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming. Experience with iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimation, as well as design patterns like MVVM and MVC, is required. Familiarity with service-oriented architectures, GraphQL or REST APIs, unit testing using XCTest, UI testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and tools, and the app submission process is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.

Responsibilities

Software engineers will work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build the mobile applications our members rely on for digital healthcare. They will spend approximately 90% of their time coding, addressing programming challenges and design problems. Engineers will participate in project discussions, offering technical input to meet architectural needs, and write clean, well-tested code for application stability and modifiability. They will also contribute to shaping project directions by advocating for new technologies.
