Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or four additional years of Software Engineering experience. They are required to have at least two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications, four years of IT application systems experience, and experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is also mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer II will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. They will work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. This role involves enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and forms, developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs, integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, and collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking.
